The Event Services Department provides professional event coordination to ensure the success of your event. Upon execution of the License Agreement for your event, an Event Manager will be assigned.

Miami-Dade Arena is a state-of-the-art equipped data and telecommunications venue staffed with seasoned IT professionals. Our award-winning technology staff is ready to assist with any data, telecommunication, and structured cabling needs.

Miami-Dade Arena houses a full production Broadcast Center and TV Studio staffed by broadcast professionals dedicated to producing live event television production and pre & post-production of video presentations varying from commercials to magazine-style television shows.

Floor seating configurations, festival seating, and extra-ordinary set designs are required to be approved by the City of Miami, Fire and Rescue Department. The Event Services department, upon determining the needs of your show, will handle the approvals process

Levy Restaurants is the exclusive in-house provider of all Food & Beverage at Miami-Dade Arena. Levy’s professional and experienced event planners will oversee every detail from start to finish from menu planning for backstage meal service to cocktail receptions, business meetings, Holiday events and dinner parties in any of the arena’s premier restaurants, as well as on the arena floor.

The Security Department is comprised of highly qualified and professional in-house personnel who have been trained to provide security for our employees, guests, and property. Event Crowd Management is provided by our subcontract partner CSC.

HEAT Group Enterprises is the sales and marketing arm for Miami-Dade Arena events. A dedicated and knowledgeable staff is available to assist with all marketing and promotional needs to generate ticket sales for your event.

Miami-Dade Arena is a pro-worker choice facility and has entered into a series of exclusive labor contracts for the fulfillment of certain production requirements for events.
